Fin discharge systems

The fin discharge system is the oldest of our discharge systems. It consists of one or more adjustable drop-shaped aluminium fins. Due to the angular adjustment of the individual fins, the discharge direction is entirely individually adjustable. The fins create a unidirectional, low turbulence air stream across the entire length of the unit. This discharge system is most suited to standard situations with normal heating and shielding power requirements.

The optimised Jetflow discharge nozzle is characterised by the multi-adjustable discharge angle and its adaptive, asymmetrical nozzle cross-section. Thanks to the consciously-selected asymmetrical adjustment of the Jetflow air guidance profile, special advantages result:

  • Smoothly guided air stream with a large throw distance
  • Low noise
  • Significantly optimised shielding performance for critical situations
  • Longer air guidance and therefore more stable air values
  • The nozzle cross-section adapts to the discharge angle
  • Multi-adjustable discharge angle without tools


Coanvara flow discharge nozzle

Coanvaraflow flow discharge nozzle

The Coanvara flow discharge nozzle is a multi-nozzle system with optimised profiles and parallel adjustment of the discharge angle by 15° in both directions. Using the Coanda effect to bring the individual streams together results in a very broad air stream. This broad stream results from the sum of the individual streams and the profile widths lying between them. At the same time, the purposely long profiles act as a flow straightener. The dynamic pressure generates a homogeneous stream characteristic.

With its broad air stream, this discharge system is highly effective at heating thanks to the Coanda effect between the individual streams. The overall stream, which has a desirably low stream mixing factor, carries the selected initial temperature far into the room. It still has room temperature when it reaches the floor. This is essential to prevent the room cooling down.
